INTRODUCTORY KATHAK
Shuruat - Beginners
Whether you’re looking to learn some new dance moves or hone in on your existing talent, this class is what you are looking for. We are committed to giving each student attention while also moving the class forward. This is an introductory course to this beautiful artform. This course covers the history of Kathak, basic movements, body alignment, spins and footwork. Shivanjali Arts offers introductory classes for all ages - it is never too late to start!

INTERMEDIATE KATHAK
Nirantarata - Continuance
Led by the dedicated Artistic Director, this class will have you on your feet in no time. This is a slightly more advanced Kathak course. 1 to 2 years of Kathak experience is needed to continue with intermediate. In this class we will take the basic movements you've learned and plug them into compositions to create a beautiful dance piece. Interested in learning more? ADVANCED KATHAK
Unnat - Advanced
Now you can take your basic and intermediate movements and really upgrade them. Everyone loves the opportunity to explore the new dance moves taught in this class, while also mastering the classic moves.
